PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Catalyst Christian Sniper Eagles Club NCR 65 is a faith, fraternal-based socio-civic organization committed to empowering Filipino communities through precise and targeted interventions that address critical social needs. Like skilled marksmen focusing on their targets, we aim our efforts with discipline, precision, and purpose to catalyze positive change in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. Guided by Christian principles of love, service, and stewardship, we develop the character and skills of our members while mobilizing resources to uplift vulnerable communities, strengthen faith foundations, and foster sustainable development that honors God and serves our nation.
MISSION
To develop disciplined God fearing-leaders who serve with precision and purpose, while implementing targeted community initiatives that address the most pressing needs of Filipino society, all in the spirit of brotherhood and patriotic service to God and Country.
VISION
To be a transformative force in the National Capital Region, precisely targeting social challenges and creating communities where faith, service, and brotherhood flourish under the motto “Deo et Patria” (For God and Country).

Our Divine Providence, we humble ourselves before you, as we praise your Holy Name and feel your presence in our midst.
We implore your Divine Guidance and Blessing, as we consciously gather on this occasion, in pursuit and furtherance, of the cherished goals, and objectives of our beloved Fraternity.
We beseech your, All Powerful God, to enrich our hearts, to enlighten our minds, and to broaden our understanding and compassion to one another as we carry and purse our goals and objectives not only on this particular occasion but also on the manu times of our striving and endeavors. Please, Almighty God, elevate our spirits and fortify our steps, as we seek to keep and edify our Fraternity everyone and whole and as we strive perseveringly to enhance and strengthen our national brotherhood.
All these, our Divine Providence, we fervently ask under your supreme guidance and direction.
Eagles Pledge
I, having consciously subcribed, to the Constitution and Eagles Magna Carta of the Philippine Eagles, and aware of my responisibility to my GOD and COUNTRY, do hereby pledge to promotr and defend at all times said Constitution and Eagles Magna Carta and its ideals to the bst of my ability and within my power and capacity.
